Personal Development Camps

Proven Performance Hockey is excited to deliver our all new Personal Development Camps. This camp is available to 12 players only. PDC camps are very personal and help the athlete achieve specific results. We will distribute a PDC Form to each participating family which allows the current coach, parent and player to assess the athlete’s skills and development requirements.


Proven Performance Personal Development Camp is an exceptional way to achieve the best results; our 5 qualified PPH staff will provide each student with semi – private & private instruction (3:1 Ratio). PPH Personal Development Camps are designed to give each student the ultimate in overall development.

PDC Camp includes the following Per Day:     

• 3 hours private & semi – private instruction
• 1 hour Game competition drills
• 1 hour per day off- ice Fitness

PDC Camp Weekly Training Hours include:         

• 15 hours private & semi – private instruction
• 5 hours game competition drills and skills
• 5 hours Fitness
• 25 hours of total training development
• Student to Instructor Ratio 3:1
 

Cost: $750.00 CAD Plus GST / $750.00 USD
