This program will develop
pure power, speed, agility, quickness and advanced puck control.
PPH considers these skills a prerequisite for any player that wishes to
excel to the next level. Emphasis will be to make the student understand the
biomechanics of using the upper body and lower as one. Through various
levels of progression players will be performing advanced skating and
Puckhandling skills with maximum edge control at explosive speeds with
maximum intensity.

Attend the Perfect camp for both forwards and defenseman wanting to be
an all around
hockey player. This is an advanced camp designed to develop 1 vs1 skills
allowing
players to appreciate the fine skills of both positions. Each day, time will
be dedicated
to utilizing these game situation skills in full ice drills and in small
group settings.
